Miraflores de la Sierra has a rich monumental patrimony, ranging from the parish church, a splendid example of late gothic architecture representative of the House of Infantado, to some beautiful examples of typical mountain houses.  There are also a wide variety of splendid summer houses and mansions built in the last third of the 19th century and throughout the 20th century.  In addition, the town has a rich ethnographic heritage reflected in the numerous fountains to be found around the municipality.
